Cannabis has its health benefits as well as being known for its recreational use. Being legalized in more and more states, its use is not confined to hard core “stoners”. It is reaching a wider appeal. There are many ways to seek the benefits.
Did you know that it is well renowned for its use in cooking? When I first experimented cooking with cannabis I discovered two things. Firstly, making great tasting food with cannabis is difficult. My first experimental dishes have a distinct “grassy” taste or were simple too bland. What I wanted to create dishes with life and flavor.
