Beyond these issues of product consistency in manufacture and performance, there are vastly wider issues. There is clearly insufficient information for pharmacokinetic comparisons with tobacco inhalation. Other examples, these include the use of similar technologies to deliver aerosolized cannabinoids and other drugs. Another example is the use of such devices to collect, store and transmit information about not only the user’s product consumption pattern, but also personal information and geographical movements.[10] These are issues that extend into other product domains, and other, quite different, areas of legislation, such as the Data Protection Act 1998, etc.,
