CanGo, apart from Nick, are hardworking individuals that have been the thriving force behind the success of CanGo because of the pride they take in their work. Unfortunately, there has been plenty poor decisions made on the managements part that has seriously affected staff members and the quality of work that has been put out. In my observation, I’ve noticed that staff members are being handed projects and assignments from managers, but not being held accountable for them. This kind of thing has resulted in employees having a variety of different projects and assignments simultaneously.
