46-1-1 46 wins, 1 loss, and 1 draw: that is the record of Mexican boxer Saul “Canelo” Alvarez born from Jalisco, Mexico, and he is only 25 years old has fought top fighters. There are not a lot of fighters that have done what he has done at his age. Not everybody gets to say they fought top boxers like Floyd Mayweather, Miguel Cotto, and Shane Mosley. At the age of 25 Canelo is Mexico's rising star.
People say that just because he is 25 he is inexperience and is all hype and will not match his opponents who are way older then him.” I believe they're wrong because it not excuse to use age if you're a good fighter then your good and if you wanna be the best you gotta beat the best” and so far he's been doing that just ask all his opponents he only lost once but that didn't stop him and he will keep fighting tougher fighters and winning. Some people believe he is the future of boxing. the legend Roberto Duran even said it himself “that Alvarez is the new star of boxing”. I don't think Canelo would think that he would have suffered his first loss. but even after that he fell down and got back up and you think he would have another loss sense that loss. I know he lost in his match to Mayweather but on that day both fighters got their biggest payday they got a big fat check. before that match happen both Mayweather and Canelo went in Undefeated this was a battle between the present and future of boxing, the strong and young champion to see if he could solve the puzzle no one was able
