Candidate Yonker delivered a complete and sequential five paragraph order. His execution paragraph was suburb; it was briefed in a very fluid manner and contained sufficient information for all fire team members to know their specific tasks and the overall scheme of maneuver. It was evident that SNC had developed a well thought out initial plan with realistic details. During the execution, SNC moved his fire team in a tactical manner through the tree line while maintaining a high level of tempo. He maintained situational awareness throughout the movement and adjusted formation accordingly to maximize fire on the objective; SNC placed his fire team on line prior to reaching the objective, in anticipation of enemy contact.
