Candidate Vitanza demonstrated an above average level of proficiency in briefing the five paragraph order. During his brief SNC was not nervous and had a lot of confidence. During the execution portion of the scenario SNC moved his fire team quickly. During the conduct of the scenario the fire team took enemy contact and he gave an accurate ADDRAC. SNC display a high sense of urgency while closing with the enemy, this resulted in his subordinates acting in the same manner moving quickly during buddy rushing. SNC took a casualty and he made decisive decisions. SNC took charge of the situation by having his fire team pick up the casualty and carrying him to safety.
