Candidate Onyango took charge of his team by taking accountability prior to giving his brief. He covered all the paragraphs of the order; however, much of the order was difficult to make sense of because it was unorganized. His confidence was hindered do to the poor organization of his brief, to include briefing slow. This slow-paced brief led to less time for him to accomplish the mission. As friction was induced by losing team members and gear for touching unauthorized areas of the obstacle, his communication to his team subsided while he was attempting to make further decisions and adjust his plan.
