Candidate McNeely was confident in briefing his five paragraph order and provided his team with accurate information. Additionally, SNC provided a clear mission statement to his fire team members with all the key elements. During execution, SNC was effective in directing his fire team, indicated by constant hand and arm signals and constant eye contact during the forward movement of the fire team. Additionally, SNC quickly assessed the problem and changed formations in order to ensure his fire team momentum was sustained. SNC was eventually able to place himself in a position that would allow him to view his fire team. When contact with the enemy was made, SNC did not hesitate to transition from hand and arm signals to verbal commands
