Candidate Lee was not confident at all and because of that his brief was unclear; while briefing the five paragraphs order SNC had a tendency of pausing, coughing, and clearing his throat which made it difficult to understand the order. SNC did not say what parts of the order he was briefing which was confusing. SNC failed to make much needed eye contact with the members of his fire team and because of that his fire team dispersion during the patrol was disorderly. Once there was enemy present; SNC hesitated to tell the rest of his fire team to get down and seek cover or what direction the enemies were at. After regaining his composure SNC was able to pursue the enemy and control his fire team. Upon neutralizing the enemy, SNC successfully
