Candidate Kult was able to deliver his brief in accordance with the 5 paragraph order, and he repeated the information as it was briefed to him. SNC developed a scheme of maneuver and assigned tasks that were in favor of the individual team member’s skill set. SNC ensured that he was in charge as he assertively delegated tasks to the fire team. Once met with a friction point, SNC seemed to have lost control. SNC was not able to initially issue a command or order because he did not know what should be done. Other members of the fire team would take control and issue and issue commands or propose ideas. SNC noticed this and regained control; he proposed an idea and the team executed. This brief moment took away from time and negatively impacted
