Candidate Keefe delivered a basic five paragraph order with missing information. SNC did not state the Administration and Logistics and Command and Signal paragraphs. Tasks were given to the team as far as how the was going to move the poll to the building and who was going up first but security was never addressed nor would it be posted at any time throughout the evolution. Without having a security element it demonstrated that the SNC had no tactical awareness during the situation. Once the scheme of maneuver was started and SNC began to hit friction points, SNC stalled on making decisions in a timely manner.
