Candidate Johnson delivered a complete and sequential five paragraph order with noteworthy confidence. All sub-paragraphs were covered in detail and made sense. Following the brief, SNC failed to generate a solidified initial plan prior to transitioning into the execution phase but managed to display considerable progress form the beginning. However, SNC did manage to post his security in a danger area which caused his team member to be penalized right from the start. SNC didn’t necessarily radiate command presence but never lost his self-control when faced with various challenges.
