Candidate Green delivered a confident five paragraph order; however missed the Admin and Logistics portion. SNC successfully tasked each of the candidates throughout the evolution but neglected to cover the scheme of maneuver in detail causing some confusion early on with regard to negotiating the obstacle. However, during the execution phase SNC maintained a high level of confidence and despite not having a solid plan, he was able to delegate orders in a sufficient manner in order to keep his subordinate candidates continuously engaged. After being penalized several times, Candidate Green was able to maintain his composure and keep his team focused on accomplishing the mission by changing his initial plan which seemed to be working before
