Candidate Collins briefed a very thorough brief. His brief included the tasking of each fire team member, however, it was briefed during the wrong paragraph. SNC's brief was so thorough it took over half of time away from mission accomplishment. Before the execution phase, SNC posted security and ensured he was effectivly providing security by orienting him in the proper direction. There was no initial plan briefed. Initially, Candidate Collins executed everything on his own and did not attempt employ his fire team members at all or according to their capabilities. The majority of the time they were standing around watching him, not progressing towards mission accomplishment, and asking for tasks. Although short on time, SNC had no sense
