Candidate Chilton was confident while delivering the operations order. SNC was able to convey the five paragraph order in a manner that was easily interpreted by his subordinates. SNC was not nervous and through his confident SNC accurately conveyed grid coordinates. SNC mannerisms displayed great certainty as he followed the flow of the order without excessive pausing or flipping his briefing sheet back and forth in an effort to find the appropriate information to brief.
