Candidate Campas was timid and did not demonstrate a solid understanding of his order when presenting it. He struggled to project his voice and mainly read from his notes. SNC did not brief a scheme of maneuver and while providing tasks appeared to be making up a plan while he spoke. His fire team members entered the execution phase uncertain with how they were expected to begin or complete their mission. Once Candidate Campas realized he needed to create a more thorough plan he did so by receiving some input from the rest of his fire team and then set the plan in motion. However, his new plan was not fully communicated to the whole fire team. When one of the fire team members was able to reach the middle log, he waited for direction
