Candidate Branom Case Summary

Decent Essays
Candidate Branom lacked confidence when briefing his five paragraph order in front of his fire team. The delivery of the order was choppy, and the content made no sense. SNC read from his notes and mumbled aloud to himself to find his place when he would get lost. This was distracting as SNC did not have the full attention of his fire team, a few subordinates were looking around while Candidate Branom stumbled through the order. Candidate Branom verbally said the phrase scheme of maneuver when briefing the concept of operations paragraph, but did not brief an actual plan on how his fire team would execute the mission. SNC failed to come up with an initial plan. SNC was overwhelmed at the complexity of the obstacle and did not know how

Honorable Judge Schmidt: We are confused and baffled by Isaac Oberlander’s demands and ultimatums. Firstly, let us set the record straight: Yoely Brach (“Yoely”) is the defendant and should not dictate the terms of any arbitration proceedings. The fact remains that Mr. Jacob Guttman, the owner of Court Street Office Supplies, Inc. (“Company”), employed Yoely – right out of Kollel with no formal or general education – out of kindheartedness and compassion to his son-in-law. As Yoely mistook his father-in-law’s unselfishness for weakness, he engaged in erratic behavior, breached his fiduciary duties to the Company, and embezzled the Company by hundreds of thousands of dollars.…

    Bordenkecher Case Summary

    • 529 Words
    • 3 Pages

Ms. Bordenkecher’s reliance upon materials outside the pleadings to argue that Plaintiffs’ claims are unsustainable demonstrate that Defendant seeks summary judgment from this Court, despite its claim to the contrary. Under the Maryland rules, when a defendant files a motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim, and matters outside the pleadings are presented to and considered by the court, “the motion shall be treated as one for summary judgment and disposed of as provided in Rule 2-501.” MD. RULE 2-322(c) (emphasis added). The reason for this rule is that with a motion to dismiss the court considers only the allegations in the complaint to determine if the facts alleged by the plaintiff sufficiently state a recognized cause of action.…

Good evening everyone, it is my privilege today to inaugurate the Australia Day Film Festival. Ernie Dingo’s wise words express the indignation the Aborigines feel for their actions being neglected. This is perfectly highlighted in the two selected films that will assist in the grand opening of the festival. I am honoured today to introduce to you two musical-comedy films, Bran Nue Dae and The Sapphires, which share similar aspects in demonstrating the richness of Aboriginal accomplishments within the Indigenous culture.…

Candidate Hills provided a thorough five paragraph order. Candidate Hills briefed with confidence, placing great emphasis on mission accomplishment, and briefing tasking statements with good detail and purpose, ensuring each member understood their purpose. However, Candidate Hills somehow became disoriented during the execution of movement to contact; he began walking in a 45 degree angle from his direction of attack and had to be guided back onto the correct azimuth by his fire team on at least two occasions before taking a casualty in the scenario. Candidate Hills' emphasis on mission accomplishment, and detailed tasking statements, played out well as he became the casualty requiring his fire team to quickly adapt to the newly developed…
