Candidate Bolivar delivered all elements of the five paragraph order with enough information to begin execution. He had an abundance of filler words but was able to clearly deliver his thoughts and maintained good eye contact with the members of his fire team. Although no security was posted during his brief, he planned for security and it was employed in execution. SNC received some suggestions from fire team members but maintained his command. He struggled with maintaining momentum throughout the event which was a product of unclear tasks and a lack of motivation or urgency. Repeatedly, after receiving a task, fire team members would have to ask for clarification on what the end state was, requiring SNC to restate his direction. It
