Candidate Ahren's Case Study

Candidate Ahrens initial leader's reconnaissance following the reception of his order helped him develop an initial plan to operate off of. During his order, he often became bogged down in details that were unrelated to the execution of the order and spent significant time covering paragraphs four and five rather than moving on to executing his mission. After beginning execution, the candidate realized that his plan was not working and adjusted to a new plan. While explaining his new plan, it appeared the candidate knew what he wanted to say, but had trouble explaining it due to excitement. It also appeared the candidate was focused on using equipment that was not necessary for the accomplishment of his mission, but he eventually realized
