Cancer survivor Elona Karafin is never going to let anything stop her as she devotes her free time to help underprivileged kids who are battling cancer through her established charity. She is about to establish a project where she will take survivors on "dream-come-true" trips around the world, and she has recently launched Nula Jewelry, a travel-themed jewelry line.
The 24-year-old business analyst devotes her spare time in presiding over a popular blog that presents people in full-time jobs with ideas on how they can travel the world for free.

1.) Focus Groups

- It is a must for an online shopper to sign up for Ebates as they provide a service that provides customers with cash-back on all purchases made. The strategy is also another personal favorite of Karafin's.
8.) Honey
- This strategy pays users to shop, and a referral can also translate to cash. At present, it is fairly new to the market, yet it is evolving at a fast pace.
9.) Upwork
- Special skills, from Photoshop to being a virtual assistant, will be needed if people would like to benefit from this strategy. Karafin describes Uprwork as a wonderful portal where people can highlight their skills and work as a freelancer part time and at their own set rate.
10.) Acorns
- Another favorite of Karafin's, Acorns rounds up the total and reinvests the difference on behalf of the buyer. For example, Acorn rounds up a $35.50 purchase to $36 and deposits the $.5 difference to the savings account where it will be invested.
