3 Financial needs were a common denominator among the full time frame assessment for many of these studies. The results of these studies opened doors for future anticipated interventions, theoretical implications, and successfully noted that psychological needs of caregivers are an important focus even after an eight-year cancer diagnosis of their loved one. Other studies and researchers took it a step further and offered some insight on developing a program that not only assessed needs, but how to assist these caregivers and increase their self-efficacy.
