Something that I found interesting about Canadian Tire’s code of conduct is that integrity, honesty, and respect are the core values. I never thought that honesty would be a core value because in business you sometimes have to lie to sell the product.

After reading the full code of conduct for Canadian Tire, something that I learned was that there are two different types of conducts.One for employees and one for suppliers. Another thing that I learned from Canadian Tire’s code of conduct is that they ensure a clear understanding of commitment and ethical business practices.
