“Can You Really Tell if a Kid is Lying” is a TED Talk by Kang Lee that explains what happens physiologically to children when they lie. Lee states that children begin to lie at as young as two years old, and that parents should celebrate when their children tell their first lie. Lee states that a child telling his or her first lie is a sign of progression. Lee displays a chart for the audience, showing that thirty percent of children lie at the age of two, and as they grow older, more and more children begin to lie.
