But that doesn't mean you can live a sedentary lifestyle, and expect to live healthy. There are side effects to no or irregular physical activity. Do you know any couch potato with a healthy weight or has a flat tummy? If you do, then they are either lucky or they're not a couch potato in the very sense of the word.
You need to make lifestyle changes if you want to burn fat without going to the gym or following a workout regimen. These include changing your diet and moving more, but not necessarily a full-on exercise.
