This question does not simply refer to African Americans as being people of color, but this also includes every single minority that is not white. Examples includes Asians, Latinos, Puerto Ricans, Native Americans, etc. Looking at other parts of the world such as Asia or Pakistan, where Whites make up a small percentage of the population, racism does exist. For example, in Pakistan and Iraq, if a native sees a person whose White, they would automatically be filled with thoughts of an American. Most these thoughts would probably be pretty traumatizing considering the fact that the U.S. military did a lot of unethical thing in these places such as killing, raiding of homes, denying citizenship to the U.S. and transportation of locals from their homes.
