Heroes are individuals who consistently and continually sacrifice their own needs in the interest of others. They aren't born heroes they're just like any of us fearful,worried,distracted,reluctant Everyday people. Who find themselves in extraordinary situations.The difference that happens between people is when some don't do anything about it instead there turning away from the dangerous situation, and others act heroically and take a stance to help.

And we get shaped by our circumstances by the family or the culture or the time period in which we happen to grow up, which are accidents of birth; whether we grow up in war zone versus peace; in poverty rather than prosperity. Each of us possess the capacity to do terrible things,but we also possess an inner hero; if stirred to action,that inner hero is capable of performing tremendous goodness for others and tend to save more lives and become stronger emotionally and physically.
Third,In order to become a hero you must start small by putting yourself in simple places to serve and keep your eyes open to new opportunities, it is also important to put other's needs before your own which requires conscious effort and delicate balance, the better you practice having compassion the better you will get. All heroes learn wisdom and inspiration from former heroes and people who encouraged them to be bold and take action.
