When you decide to give a birth to a child, you have to raise him, then when he becomes an adult, you will always worry about him and it will affect your health. However, it may be seen that the violinist example is a weak analogy. For instance, it might be improper to compare a violinist, who is just a stranger, and your infant. Moreover, disconnecting the violinist from you kidneys is letting die and doing an abortion is killing, so these two are also presumed to be different.
Thirdly, regarding other thought experiment such as “people seeds” or “burglar”, which are analogies of pregnancy resulted from the failure of contraception, also happen in the real world. On a personal note, my mother experienced a pregnancy because of ineffectiveness of contraception. However, there can be not so extreme reasons, but may be only parents who cannot support a child, because of low income, or potentially sick children, or plenty of other reasons, which eventually can bring even worse consequences. For example, recently in Kazakhstan a young girl gave a birth to a child and then threw him on the road through the window of a car. Probably, that baby died painfully, and he was already born, he already had all feelings, is it worse than making an abortion?
