I am writing to express my interest in the recently posted Campus Supervisor position at Good shepherd Services. Since I was first hired as a Unit Supervisor in 2014, I have been working towards my goal of transitioning into a leadership role. Because I was identified by management as having leadership potential, I have participated in serving as Campus Supervisor for the last few months.

I feel that I am qualified for Campus Supervisor position for several reasons. I have a complete understanding of the challenges facing staff(s) with the day to day expected duties. I have excelled in this position in multiple ways as I believe that I’ve went over & beyond the call of duty & I will continue to display my teamwork ability. I am very confident
