Community service has always been a priority in my life, with this scholarship I will have more time and freedom to pursue my philanthropic goals. As a Diversity Scholar I currently volunteer 10- 12 hours a year for the Department of Community Engagement and Multicultural center on campus. Would I like a more diverse campus or would I like a campus that pertains to a certain religion or race?
