I think that the campers gained more from the experience at Camp Wiggen than Ron Jones did. I think this because all their life, they had been seen as kids with disorders, and they never got to experience being a part of something that most people would think they coyld not do. Camp Wiggen gave them the chance to do that, and they were treated like normal kids and not kids who were dying. A quote to show their experience is “These kids had never been news. Most had been family secrets. They had been observers. Now they had the chance to be performers.” This quote shows their experience because it explains perfectly how the camp made these kids feel a part of something, or special.
