For the past two years, I was a Leader in Training at Boys and Girls Club of San Francisco’s Camp Mendocino. During my experience there, I have discovered the significance of leadership within communities and in society as a whole, whether it is instilling inspiration or setting the pathway for others to achieve their full potential. My responsibility at Camp Mendocino revolved around my ability to guide and encourage youth to participate in various activities and develop their own personal character.
