She was once a model before she had the privilege to become an actress. In 1994, Diaz won her first film role in the blockbuster action-comedy The Mask, starring the comedic Jim Carrey. With no previous acting experience, she had originally auditioned for a supporting character in the film. And ever since her appearance in film most films she has acted are mostly full of her being funny, a pretty blonde.
