The first camaro went for sale in 1966 and came out in 1967 known as the 1967 camaro z28, It was designed for a competing car to the ford mustang. The first generation camaros came out from 1966-1981. Back in the 70’s when dirt track racing was starting to get big they would typically use camaros and novas for race cars.
If some of you have seen today’s camaros from the older ones they don’t look anything alike the older ones to me i like better because of the looks they are made stronger and more durable the newer ones are made of fiberglass and plastic they would end up being crushed in a car accident although the frames from the camaro are made from aluminium so they are a lot lighter than the older ones they just don’t have that muscle

The first mustang came out on April 17, 1964, they call the mustang the pony car. And Henry Ford helped come up with the ford tbird. This picture is a 1999 gt mustang the typically have a small block v8. Some difference between the two cars is the motors and the body style hw the run and drive torque. The camaros have a small block chevy then the mustangs small block ford. The mustang gt has a 5.0l (300 cubic inch) and making ruffly over 435 horsepower. The camaro has a 6.2l making ruffley 450 horsepower just a little bit bigger than the mustang so the camaro would have more speed ,horsepower, and torque to the rear whee The nova was a pretty nice car the camaro and novas are the nicer looking cars and then the mustang is ok if it is a gt or a fox body style mustang. In 1928 the nova was the first chevrolet car that was a 4 cylinder cars. The nova is pushing about 396 horsepower. The nova and camaro then the mustang were probably the lightest cars back in the 60’s and 70’s so was …show more content…

All the Chevy II's sported a bold new grille or '67. There were 5 engine options and 3 transmissions. Including the 194 cu-in. engine with 120 hp, the 283 cu-in with 195 hp, the 327 with 275 hp, and a 327 with 325 hp. As with most of the other Chevrolet lines, the Nova could be had in 15 different paint choices. The Super Sport had restyled bucket seats, door to door carpeting and all vinyl interiors.
I like the camaros more than the mustang or nova because of its looks horsepower and torque how it sounds and drives. Back in the 70’s and 80’s the camaro and mustang was the most popular car of that time and it still is today. Novas are pretty good cars and i like them because of their 1969-1970’s model are the slickest car you would see in a

Louis Chevrolet wanted to produce luxury vehicles while William Durant pushed for more affordable models like Ford's runaway bestseller, the Model T. Louis prevailed and in 1912 the company introduced its first car to the public, the Classic Six - a roomy, five passenger sedan with a top speed of 65 miles per hour. But in 1915, while Louis was on vacation, William altered the production and introduced the Chevrolet "490" to challenge the Model T. This caused a falling out with Louis, who then left the company. Chevrolet was merged with General Motors in 1918, the same year it sold its first truck, the Model 490 Light Delivery.…
