Enthusiasm for God is the most important trait I can think of. I love God, and I love worshipping Him and learning more about Him. I am very excited to experience chapel at Calvin, and I plan to be a part of both bible studies and mission events. Enthusiasm for God also means that I try to obey all His commandments, not because works can save me, but because of my love for God. In this way, I will not only be a benefit

I am also a joyful person. I have an enthusiasm for life because of the love that Jesus showed me, and the purpose He has for me. I know that every day I am alive because there is something God still wants me to do in the world, and so I try to live each day to its fullest. This not only applies to community life, but also to academics.

I have a great passion for learning, and I bring my enthusiasm with me into the classroom. I enjoy school very much, especially my science classes where I can learn how everything in the world works.
