This was her chance Chryssa was tired of being treated like a little girl, so as her mother left the house she began to pack for a journey. “Cannot stay on this island anymore,” and how she needed to, “Explore and see the world around her.” She left the note on the table grabbed her bag and set out towards the opposite side of the island. Chryssa had attempted to escape twice before so her mother recently been watching the young teen more vigilantly but, she hadn’t been able to witness Chryssa creating a boat and collecting food for her journey. As Chryssa looks at the stranger his eyes are as blue as Poseidon 's oceans and hair as golden as an evening sunset. He smiled and began to introduce himself to the beautiful woman. “Hello my name is Telemachus, prince of Ithaca I am so incredibly sorry for hurting you.” Telemachus then explained how in Ithaca anyone was allowed to visit with the King his father, “Would you like to join my family for dinner my father Odysseus King of Ithaca loves to meet all the new people in Ithaca. Chryssa unaware that Odysseus was her father and Telemachus her brother since Calypso kept her past very secretive.
As the pair arrived at the castle Chryssa couldn’t believe her eyes, the palace was as grand as that of the temple of Zeus, she felt it was a home grand enough for the gods. The golden doors that begged on lookers to enter as they approached the door the gates looked to be better protection than an enchanting spell.
As the two entered the palace Telemachus showed Chryssa towards the dining room guiding her to a couple in their late fifties. “Mother, Father this is Chryssa she is visiting before traveling back to her home on….” Telemachus slowed as he had no clue where the beautiful traveler was
