This was the the most stable place she had ever lived, and at sixteen she could easily say it felt the most like home. It wasn't saying much, considering she had bounced around in the system so much before arriving at St. Mary's, but it was certainly something she still took pride in.

Nothing looked familiar, even though most of it was just a fuzzy haze at the moment. Had she fallen and hit her head? Maybe she passed out and slumped out of her chair. That's didn't feel right though, if there was one thing she knew for certain, she wasn't on the ground. It was then that she heard the soft humming coming from the opposite direction in which her eyes were fixated. The young blonde froze in place, fear running over her body like a dark
