St. George as an array of Ice Creams store to choose, however the one that caught my attention was Café Del Hidalgo. From the outside the Café is simple, looking exactly the same as its neighbors, the appealing of the little Café is the diversity of Gelatos by the door inviting you in. Once inside, the ambient changes. According to one of the managers of the store, the owner wanted to have an “European Ambient”, where people could go inside and feel just like in a café bar in Europe. Suddenly you scape from the American atmosphere and find yourself in Italy or Spain, as Café del Hidalgo tries to portray. Along with the Gelato, which is well advertise by the do with a big sign “Italian Gelato”, they also offer lunch, dinner, and some Italian’s
