During the initial overview conducted by Wizard Consultants it was discovered that the satisfaction of the employees of the Cadet Uniform Factory tend to waver and was targeted as the number one problem to be targeted by Wizard Consultants. Wizard Consultants were able to sit down with the management of the Cadet Uniform Factory to discuss the problematic areas that are leading to the decrease in job satisfaction among employees as well as how it fluctuates. The two main areas of focus in the dissatisfaction of employment at the Cadet Uniform Factory is the divide among two of the sections in the factory. There is tension that has manifested in the Tailoring section among employees that were once a united team to an every man for himself/herself attitude. A second issue that has also fostered in this factory environment is a tension and competition between the Tailoring Section and Machine Operation Section teams even though they are tasked with two totally different job tasks. While a majority of employee’s are satisfied with their employment and would not leave their employment, they would prefer more opportunities to be provided to them. There is a hostile work environment that is present within the tailoring section and the attitudes of the employees are poor and this is leading to deviant behaviors in the section such as the confrontations between the supervisor and employee.
