Lack of communication with outsiders can create language and communication barriers because many community members speak their native language making, English becomes their second language which has created an issue as many believe they are excluded and not considered to be Australian (Dunn 1993). This allows individuals to express their identity freely without judgement and discrimination, and since the temples and churches are in their home town it makes them feel welcome and accepted into the community. Although the Cabramatta community seem to create structure and establish business that benefits their ethnic community and in a sense discarding or excluding other races and ethnicities, this complication is the absence of resources and facilities for various ethnic communities, this can be noticed in through the local library, the local stores and even the bank branches, every enterprise is catered to individuals of an Asian ethnic background, this, in turn, can make it difficult for individuals of other ethnicities living in the area such as an Indian, Lebanese and caucasian as they have to go to greater lengths to obtain what they need. On the other hand the unemployment rate in Cabramatta is considerably high as 13.9 percent (Australian bureau of statistics 2011) of individuals are without a job in that one community, which leaves many stranded for solutions, however the community has established a facility that assists individuals in obtaining and retaining a life-long job, which in turn can reduce the unemployment rate significantly as the coincidently creating a stable well-functioning
