The constituent, who is the maternal grandmother, wanted to know why the CW Medford caseworker did not consider her a resource for her grandchildren.

She said that her caseworker had told her because she lives in a different County. The constituent stated both parents are using drugs and she would be consider a foster mother for her grandchildren. After looking into OR-KIDS and talking with the caseworker, both parents are cooperation and now the father is going to finish his D&A treatment and is going to graduate soon.
