CVP Analysis: Non-Profit Social Service Agency

Decent Essays
CVP analysis could be used to start a non-profit social service agency in a region. The data could help to determine what location would serve the community best. Also, because many non-profit agencies rely on donations from surrounding businesses, they should be aware if those businesses willingness to support the organization. Another benefit of CVP analysis is, data can be used to determine how likely current residents are to use the service. This will help to prevent economic loss for contributors.
