CPT Hartman served as the ASG-Commander liaison with the Army Contracting Command (ACC) for the K-BOSSS 64 appointed Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs). This board enabled the ASG Commander operational agility to posture the theater in support of personnel influx and NEO contingency operations. Additionally, she spearheaded COR refresher training, to successfully eliminate contractual misconduct involving acts of fraud, waste and abuse throughout the five base Camps. Additionally, her section gained operational efficiency by generating $20K cost-savings to the USG.
CPT Hartman served as a consummate team player and a true force multiplier to the organization. She successfully fostered operational synergy across the Brigade, advocating teamwork and esprit de corps among the Soldiers and officers. Additionally, she actively participated in career development by completing the US Army's OCS course, earning the ASI 3C identifier.
