CPT Foster has instructed me to give you all Officer’s Elimination Boards as well as Enlisted Separation Boards packets. I will place all board packets in a brown box, which will be located in the file room. I will mark each brown box according by eliminations and enlisted separations. Prior to your arrival to this office I gave you information concerning Court-Martials and Administrative Boards. All of this information is located on the G-Drive.

If, CPT Foster do not object, I will help you with the next Officer’s Elimination Board. I will placed all on the forms needed for assembling of these packets.
