Per reporter:
A woman (CPS worker) that graduated from Alcorn came in a black car to mom’s house today and mom did not answer the door. The woman came back a second time between 3-5pm and mom answered the door. The woman told them to get dressed. The worker brought mom back around 7pm and the children did not return with mom. Reporter is concerned about the two-year-old not being able to walk. Mom will not take the child to get physical therapy. It is unknown why mom is not taking him to therapy. The child is struggling/ scrubbing on all fours like a dog. He uses his hands like paws. Mom does not care. Reporter has never seen mom pick the child up. Sometime he comes outside on his own and mom will tell him to back in the house. Mom goes across
