CPAP Treatment Trauma

Lisa has returned a couple of months since the last appointment. During that time, she has been implemented on CPAP and has been using it for that last three weeks. Current treatment pressure is 13cmH2O. Lisa’s compliance has been reasonable with average nightly use of six hours.

Thus far she has not noticed any symptom improvement. She believes her mood is stable and there have been no changes to her medication. She reports intermittent restless legs symptoms. Given the discrepancy the machine download report which indicate good control of sleep apnoea and Lisa’s ongoing symptoms, I have arranged a CPAP treatment review sleep study to verify that the current settings are indeed optimal.
