CM Gilmore made an unannounced visit to 101 Phinizy St Grovetown Ga to speak with Alicia Johnson, regarding a report that was received that had concerns regarding now providing proper care for Tavarsea Steed regarding his recent suicidal threat. The interview included: Alicia Johnson and Cm-Gilmore. Alicia reported the following:
• She has completed the intake with Stillwaters Professional Counseling
• Feels that VC is needing someone to talk to about his feelings and anger
• She reported that she is normally at his girlfriend’s house or at his aunt house.
• Alicia reported that she does receives food stamps and everyone receives Medicaid.
• Alicia reported that she currently receives two checks, because she is has a disability with growth

 Picture external doc o VC is currently at Crossroads attending school due to this behavior in regular school. o Alicia reported the relationship with BFA is sour, because he purchased VC a pair of $200 shoes, and VC sold the shoes to a friend. o Reported he has never to attempted suicide in the past o Alicia reported Leslie Lycius talked Vc off of the roof. o Alicia reported that he got on the roof with a ladder that the roofing man left up, when he was working on the roof earlier in the week. o Bmo reported that her and Vcs relationship is fine. o Bmo reported Vc was only upset because he received a picture from his girlfriend of her kissing another girl, which is why he wanted to attempt suicide.
