CM Gilmore completed a USV to address the allegations with the school aged victim listed in the report. He disclosed that he had no safety concerns in the home with Bfa. He disclosed that he shares a room with his stepbrother. CM Gilmore observed VC having dirty marks on his clothes, and his fingernails were very dirty. CM Gilmore completed an UHV. The home was extremely messy. Evidence by insides of the sofa scattered throughout the living room. dog and cat feces scattered around the entrace of the home. The other HHM didn't have any concerns regarding their safety. CM Gilmore did a check in on the, and found that the home was cleaner than the first visit.
