Based on the case 1 in my opinion the 2 type CBIS that suitable for the case is straregic information system and manegement support system. Strategic information systems (SIS) are information systems that are developed in response to corporate business initiative. They are intended to give competitive advantage to the organization. They may deliver a product or service that is at a lower cost, that is differentiated, that focuses on a particular market segment.The second system is management Support Systems (MSS). This system are base on computer-based systems that are usually use by the managers to help making decision and also to help the organization

Base on case 1, by implementing strategic system in the florist business by Mrs. Toland it show that he manage to attract many costumer by providing online selling and delivery service.This system is very suitable for Mrs.Toland florist business because it help to expand the business and also can increase the profit .Beside that, strategic system that has been use by Mrs.Toland in her business become a main element that help her to avoid her business from bankrupt.This is because Mrs.Toland have to compete with other florish competitors that give disavantages for Mrs.Toland business. Strategic information system also help Mrs.Toland to apply metrics and analytical tools to their information repositories, allowing them to recognize opportunities for growth and pinpoint ways to improve operational efficiency.This will help stance of the organization, giving it an advantage against the competitors.Next, Management Support Systems (MSS) also bring advantages to Mrs.Toland business because facilitates and supports senior executive information and decision-making needs. It provides easy access to internal and external information relevant to organizational goals. This will make Mrs.Toland easy to make decision on her worker or organisation and also provide information to reach her business goal or profit that Mrs.toland should ear n.
