Causes of Conflict CBA What are the main causes for the holocaust? The holocaust was when the Nazi party killed millions of Jews. Hitler the leader of the Nazi party claimed that the Jews took European jobs. Hitler also claimed that the Jews were the reason Germany lost World War 1. Hitler used reasoning like this to attempt to justify killing Jews. Conflicts against the Jewish people were caused by Nazi propaganda, racism against Jews, Nazi Party's aggression, anti-Semitism, and Adolf Hitler. Nazi propaganda was a stepping stone that helped to cause conflict against Jews. “He told people that Jews were the reason the economy was in shambles. He scapegoated everybody who was not part

“Goebbels worked hard to convince the superiority of the Aryan race.” (Lieberman, 2) “Hitler believed in racial anti-Semitism rather than religious anti-Semitism.” (Lieberman, 3) “Hitler created Jewish ghettos, burned Jewish businesses, and even distributed the protocols of the elders of Zion, a book which had not been widely used since the Spanish inquisition.” (Lieberman, 3) While others may say that Hitler was not racist against Jews but my evidence prove he was so I am correct. My evidence supports my claim because Hitler thought Germans were superior to Jews and he burned Jewish places because he thought Germans were better and could do that because Jews weren’t as powerful or important as Germans. Another step to conflict against Jews was aggression from the Nazi …show more content…
“Adolf Hitler, dictator of Germany at the time of the Holocaust and World War II, started the Holocaust which killed over 10 million people, including almost 6 million Jews. Adolf Hitler was very anti-Semitic, but Hitler alone could not have caused the Holocaust.” (Lieberman, 2) “Hitler created Jewish ghettos, burned Jewish businesses, and even distributed The Protocols of the Elders of Zion, a book which had not been widely used since the Spanish Inquisition.” (Lieberman, 2) People could argue that it was not Hitler that caused conflict against Jews but that it was more of the Nazi party, but Hitler was the leader of the Nazi party and my evidence shows he did help cause conflict so, I am correct. My evidence supports my claim

Over 9 million people were killed within a span of four years in the 1940’s. One and a half million of these were children and over five thousand Jewish communities were destroyed by the Nazi party. This group was lead by Adolf Hitler, a german politician who became a military leader and dictator of Nazi Germany. Since a young age Hitler had a deep hatred for Jews, and referred to them as a people and compared the activities they took part in “like a maggot in a rotten body.” (Rice, p.19) Although all these victims had to suffer there are many today that still believe that the Holocaust never existed.…

The Holocaust was the genocide of approximately 6 million Jews and 5 million other people such as the disabled, communists, homosexuals and Soviet prisoners of war by the Germans leading up to and during WWII under the command of Nazi Party leader, Adolf Hitler. Historians have problems putting a date on the Holocaust due to the fact that there are three different views all backed with their own evidence and subjective interpretations to support them. The views are the intentionalist view, the functionalist view and the opportunist view. The intentionalist view is that Hitler had always intended for that Holocaust to occur and had planned for it in advance. The functionalist view suggests that Hitler was a slave to circumstance and…

The Holocaust: Extermination or simple segregation? The spark that ignited the flame of Adolf Hitler’s hate started in 1918, when he learned of the German surrender to the Allies of World War One. Enraged, he blamed the surrender on the people in Germany, such as the Jews and Slavs, which he considered to be undesirable and sought to build a Germany were no weakness could hold it down. Hitler sent the undesirables of Germany’s occupation to camps where they were exterminated, and the evidence of the Holocaust outweighs the conspiracies that they did not.…

How do we know the Holocaust happened? The Holocaust was a ‘solution’ created by the Nazis to “solve their Jewish problem” Survivors say it started on January 30th 1933 and finished May 8th 1945, when the Nazis were defeated by allied forces. Holocaust deniers usually ignore all the evidence of the event and insist that the numbers and story were invented by the Jews and the Allies for their own benefit. Also, in this essay when I refer to “Jews” or “Jewish people” I am usually meaning Jewish people and every other group of people discriminated during the Holocaust.…

After a worldwide depression, Germany was left with nowhere to turn and looking for someone to blame. The people of Germany looked to Hitler, the leader of the Nazi party, to pick up the pieces and rebuild their nation. Because Hitler was such an influential speaker, he easily influenced the country with his personal views on the Jews, and found his entrance to his rise as dictator. Antisemitism is a term created soon after World War II, referring to the prejudice and hatred of Jews. Hitler’s Mein Kampf was a book he wrote portraying his ideas that the Jews were dangerous people that posed a threat to someday destroying Germany.…

The Holocaust, which was the systematic persecution and murder of over six million Jews during World War II, is often cited as one of the worst atrocities committed in the history of human civilization. People speak of it in hushed, mournful voices as they wonder at how the German Nazis could be so malevolent as to annihilate a whole generation of Jews. Hundreds of eminent scholars have eloquently explained the horrific nature of the Holocaust and its effects on the modern world (Gerstenfeld). Yet, it can be said that emphasis should be placed on understanding why Adolf Hitler decided to exterminate so many Jews. Only by looking through the perspective of the Nazis can one begin to understand that the Nazi Party and its leader, Hitler, brutally…

    Causes Of Nazi Persecution

Nazi persecution of the Jews became significantly more extreme between 1933 and 1945 due to numerous factors. These included the things such as: the breakout of WW, effective propaganda and cumulative radicalisation. However some causes were more significant than others, for example WW2 was more effective in increasing the severity in which Jews were persecuted than propaganda, as the Second World War created the chaos that allowed more extreme actions to take place, whilst propaganda was reinforcing the pre-existing anti-Semitism in Germany and Europe even more. The most significant factor which contributed to the severity of Nazi persecution was the breakout of WWII, as the war generated the turmoil to mask the increasing actions of violence…
