On 01/16/17, consumer refused his dinner, stating that the dialysis treatment “makes him feel that way.” The consumer was advised on several occasions about walking shirtless around the house but ignores staff. On 01/16/17 and 01/17/17, Mr. Brown was incontinent, he was assisted with shower. Staff found a new pack of cigarette in his pocket. Mr. Brown was prompted to take shower on 01/17/17, 01/18/17 and 01/19/17, to which he complied. The consumer refused his dinner on 01/17/17 and also on 01/19/17 refused to eat his breakfast. Staff noted in the communication log that on 01/18/17, the consumer refused to take his 9 a.m. medication and also refused to get up from bed to sign refusal form. On 01/18/17, Mr. Brown called the house phone with his cell phone while in bed asking if “someone can put Nicholas on the phone,” he will like to speak to him. Mr. Brown was redirected and told to come to the living room if he so wish to speak to Nicolas.
